Donnie Milburn - Owner/Founder
Donnie Milburn is a dedicated professional with a lifelong commitment to service, aviation, and family. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2011 on active duty, building the foundation for his strong work ethic, discipline, and leadership.
Transitioning into public safety, Donnie spent over a decade as a firefighter from 2008 to 2019, continuing his passion for protecting and serving his community. In 2012, he expanded his skills into aviation, becoming a helicopter pilot and earning his A&P mechanic certification, which combined technical expertise with precision and safety.
Since 2016, Donnie has been serving as a Helicopter EMS pilot, providing critical, life-saving transport across the region. His commitment to safety and calm professionalism has made him a trusted figure in emergency aviation.
Donnie is married to his best friend and amazing wife, Leah, and together they raise two wonderful kids who are the heart of their world. On weekends, you can find Donnie and his son racing at local dirt tracks across Middle Tennessee and Alabama, enjoying the adrenaline, competition, and family bond the sport brings.
Grounded in service, fueled by passion, and driven by purpose—Donnie continues to live a life defined by dedication, integrity, and heart.
Leah Milburn - Owner/Founder
Leah Milburn is a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong dedication to caring for others. As a critical care nurse, helicopter flight nurse, and experienced ER and ICU clinician, Leah brings expertise, calm under pressure, and exceptional clinical judgment to every patient she serves. Her commitment to excellence in emergency and critical care has made her a trusted and respected member of every medical team she joins.
Leah’s passion for helping others is deeply rooted—her mother is also a nurse, and her father is a hardworking farmer. Those influences shaped her strong sense of empathy, resilience, and dedication to service.
Outside of her demanding career, Leah is a devoted mother to two amazing children. She finds peace and joy in planting and gardening, spending time outdoors, and nurturing life both at home and in her garden.
